(F) Any traders/merchants/brands/companies receive partial or full payment from the customer before delivering products but are unsuccessful in keeping their promise to our valuable customers/consumers. They are subject to liable/accountable to the Globenplanet ARDS team.
(G) Extra surcharge/ fees / higher service charge/ TIEAR grade change can be applied to any traders/ merchants/ brands / Companies who are intentionally or purposefully mislead, misinform, manipulate or falsify communication or information to our respected valuable customers & consumers for business or financial gain would be investigated by ARDS team in an open, fair mutual agreement.
(H) Globenplanet ensures an independent regulatory business governing body to serve the best customer experience to promote authentic business development worldwide.

C. PRICING, PAYMENT METHODS & AVAILABILITY

Globenplanet covers a vast majority of products and services in various categories. Availability and pricing of all items are subject to availability. We advise our traders/merchants to update their products as early as possible to our customers. Globenplanet's regulatory process works in a bridging framework between customers and traders, who will inform you as soon as possible. Consumers are advised that if the product(s) and services you have ordered are unavailable, you could choose to form a wide range of alternative traders. If not, Customer Care will offer similar alternatives based on your customer's interests and requirements. Globenplanet offers a wide range of business strategies to improve customer satisfaction to support the business development of our merchants. As part of visiting and/or purchasing anything from Globenplanet, you warrant to agree to understand that due to the nature of the business, availability may change even after an order has been placed. If the product is no longer available, the traders/merchants will offer alternatives or the option to cancel your order wholly. Delegated Globenplanet management team will ensure no traders or merchants could hold payment from any customers/consumers. Globenplanet's administrative, regulatory delegated subsidiary (ARDS) service-based regulated delegation process monitors whole product order, payment, delivery, refund, return & warranty process on a quality. Assurance & audit basis around the year. In case of substandard customer care & trading performance, the ARDS team will reserve the right to organize a direct meeting for all parties’ best interests. Direct merchants / traders / Globenplanet and the respective brands will determine pre-book products/items delivery date. The delivery date will be mentioned on the specification of the product page directly by the delivering Merchant. For delivery delay, respective merchants/ traders/ brands are liable. Currently, traders/ merchants/ brands directly deliver products to customers' doorsteps until Globenplanet initiates its own delivery process. All prices are subject to change without notification, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on globenplanet.com, they are not guaranteed to be accurate. If any price is different from that displayed, individual traders/merchants/ brands will inform customers/consumers before dispatching the order. Customers will have the option of continuing with the order or canceling the order by direct communication with traders/ consumers/ brands. We, Globenplanet, by mutual agreement with our traders/brands/ merchants, want to ensure our customers/service users/consumers receive an immediate notification to get the best experience. Globenplanet reserves the right to hold accountable by delegation process any traders/merchants/ Brands who are not adhering to or maintaining our standard Globenplanet customer services. We, Globenplanet, reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service from customers, consumers, traders, merchants, Brands (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to any customer or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. accepts payments in cash on delivery, which is very easy and convenient. For delivery delay, respective merchants/ traders/ brands are liable. Currently, traders/ merchants/ brands directly deliver products to customers' doorsteps until Globenplanet initiates its own delivery process.

D. PRODUCTS AND MULTISOURCE CATEGORIES

Products are available exclusively online through globenplanet.com, regional or global; According to our return and replacement policy, these products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only. Globenplanet reserves the right to take any disciplinary action or legal action against its accredited or affiliated partners, entrepreneurs, traders, merchants, Brands, or company without any prior notification or communication for gross misconduct, fraudulent payments, deliveries, or breaking government trading or business rules and regulations. All Individual entrepreneurs, merchants, businesses, Brands, and companies are liable to adhere to local government trading and business rules and regulations, including VATs and taxes, independently. Globenplanet will not be liable for any individual's business, traders, Brands, or company's trading responsibilities to the local government.

F. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, ALLOWANCES & DISCOUNTS:

Globenplanet and its accredited traders/ merchants offer various promotional offers subject to availability. Discounts and allowances (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Adjustment code, App discount, Occasional offers or sign-up offers, etc.) are reductions of the introductory price of products or services. This policy applies to Globenplanet or affiliated/accredited merchants, brands, companies, and individual traders. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from Globenplanet.com. Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number or e-mail address cannot avail of the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy. Promotional SMS may only contain the main content of the offer, but terms and conditions are mentioned on the website. globenplanet.com holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers OR Promotional Allowances without prior notice.
